Green Tilt Hat with Black Netting box On the dressVintage 1930s 1940s green tilt hat with black veil netting. wool felt. Nice bow design in the front. Fisk Model Chicago label. Good condition. The black veil may have some breaks. There is a red stamp inside, but it is hard to read. This is a tilt hat meaning it is meant to be worn at an angle. The elastic strap helps to hold it in place (bobby pins were also used to hold these types of hats in place as well).
