This is a terrific device for home or field developing your film, it is essentially a dark room in a box. It even has a temperature gauge and a built in cutter. This system was introduced in the mid 1930's; I am guessing 1935 by the name of it, but that is speculation. It was produced into the 1950's. What is more interesting is that they seem to be extremely popular with photographers who are still using them today.
