as this does not have a start position like modern ignition set ups

There is some slight discoloration under the arms

The original green paint and stenciling is visible through scratches in the black paint. The hinge works quite well, but it does look like there probably a few points where the hinge pin is broken. Ideal case for restoration. The black paint could possibly be original overpaint, but It could also be post war overpaint and I am leaning
