The wine itself is named “Bosco” for the once heavily wooded area in which the vineyards are now planted (Gica Wood)

The winery itself is a member of The Green Experience, an organisation that promotes sustainable viticulture within the Piedmont region. The grappa itself is distilled from Nebbiolo grape skins grown in the Piedmont sub region, Barbaresco. Dry and vigorous in style, expect intense spicy aromas.
