It is a somewhat non standard pattern that was more common in WWI and more applicable to the SS in WWII

MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 38" Waist 28" Hips 35 1 2" Length 42 3 4" Silky soft lightweight dress; the material appears to be cotton. It has decorative marble like buttons down the front and closes on the side with snaps and a hook and eye and three buttons at the back of the neck. Dress is in fair poor condition. The seams are fraying and loose in places the fabric itself is pulling
