Navy WAVES Seersucker Garrison Cap (Size 21) office Light staining with a weirdOriginal vintage WWII US Navy WAVES women's seersucker uniform garrison cap, marked size 21. It has two W. A. V. E. S. labels inside. Very good condition with only very minor wear from storage; it doesn't look like it was worn very much. There looks to be extra stitching on the inside top of the hat.
