His wines are certified organic and he works biodynamically. Given the biodiversity around his vines that are rich in flora and fauna, Christophe tries to produce as many sprays as possible from herbs and grasses found in and around his vineyards. The 2015 vintage comprises a blend of 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26%
