There is nothing really wrong with it functionally but it does have some rust on the metal and the blotting paper is a little dirty

The inside sole of the shoes measure approximately 10 1/4" long and the ball of the foot measures about 2 3/4"

It is unmarked and I am unsure of the metal content. The charm measures a little over an inch. The chain is approximately 18 inches long. It is in good condition with only very minor wear. There are scratches on the back.
