This is literally the envy of my little group of collecting friends simply because the condition is almost unheard of for these early painted buckles. It shows signs of having been worn but it couldn't have been used too much as the paint wears off of these in a stiff breeze. Easily one of the best examples I have ever owned, and the first time several very serious collector colleagues
