It is in OK condition with wear to the finish

probably best for someone under 5'5"

but is in otherwise very nice condition

The style and materials date this one to early East Germany maybe from the 50's roughly

This is a very interesting manual, but the condition is a little rough. One section of pages at the back have separated from the spine. The binding in general is pretty weak. There are a lot of good pictures, including various bits of medical equipment.
