Coast Guard Sweetheart Pin in Box communication The bottles measure approximately 11Vintage WWII US Coast Guard sweetheart pin in box. Brown bow pin with mother of pearl heart and Coast Guard emblem. It looks like the original price ($1. 95) was written in pencil on the inside of the box lid. Fairly good condition. The velvet fabric in the box has some fading. The pin on the back has some rust.
