Our hardwood "Shorties" are made from British ash, 15cm long and 6 10cm across, small enough to tuck them in the curve of the oven but big enough to burn for ages! Our 20cm beech wood splits also work a dream in the Dome, burning a little longer and creating longer lasting embers.
