XLC 490 - Universal FORNOUT - Structure: painted ironThe world's lightest twelve point crampon with universal binding, ideal for glacier trekking. The flexible thermoplastic heel and toe cups and robust nylon strap with metal rings make it suitable for almost all boots (including hiking boots). For ski mountaineering and telemark boots, please refer to the XLC 390 model with automatic binding. NOTE: Although robust, aluminum crampons are not suitable for ice climbing or continuous use on mixed terrain.
